How the process works:
- Call or email us to request help.
- We will set up a time that works for you and explain our billing options.
- At the time of support, you will receive a ticket number and/or email with a link to a webpage that will allow us access to your computer.
- We will then work on your computer to solve the problems that you have. You will still have access to your computer at this time and can watch what we are doing right on your screen. There is a chat area as well as demonstration options for us to use while we are working.
